The Iowa House and Senate proudly presented the 165th Year Proclamation on behalf of Governor Kim Reynolds to the DCSD School Board. This designates the month of May as a celebration of Davenport Community School Districts growing excellence for its students and honoring 165 years of service to the greater Davenport, Iowa, community.
On Tuesday, May 16th, the Davenport Community School District is hosting the Retiree and Honoree gathering/dinner. An invite is only extended to those who have reached service years of 10/20/30/40/50 or retiring. The Davenport West High Publications Groups have BOTH taken home 1st Place in the American Scholastic Press Association National Contest.
