A dastardly new villain has descended upon our fair river cities, NAKED BARGE DUDE, caught getting buck naked and hijacking a boat to go out to the I-74 construction barges to engage in untying knots and doing various other nefarious deeds. Who could possibly protect us from this new era of local super-villain (aside, of course, from the police that already busted the bare-assed bandit)???? Well, CATFISH GUY, guardian of the river, noodler of mighty water beasts!
