Winter is officially here. And do you know what that means? It’s time for Winter Camp!

YMCA’s Camp Abe Lincoln is hosting their 5^th Annual Winter Camp this Dec 29 thru Jan 1. This camp is full of the magic of camp plus the wonders of winter!

Activities vary for this one of a kind camp, based on the weather conditions. But past activities have included Snowstar, swimming at the Y, ice skating, Michael’s Fun World, sledding, archery, snowball fights, movies, campfires, and more! Camp is also ended with a New Year’s Eve Celebration, giving the kids a great start to 2018 and allowing the parents an opportunity for an adult-only celebration!

Check-in will be from 5-6 p.m. on Friday Dec 29 and check-out is Monday Jan 1 from 12-1 p.m. For updates, check out the Facebook event page at https://www.facebook.com/events/122979388348778/.

You can register for Winter Camp at the YMCA or online at https://online.scottcountyfamilyy.org/. Registration provides all meals, snacks, activities and field trips!
