Summer Arts at The Spotlight Theatre is Going Live!

Summer Arts at The Spotlight Theatre is ready to present their first production, and you’re invited.

The Aristocats KIDS will be proudly gracing The Spotlight Theatre (1800 7th Avenue Moline) stage on Friday Jun 22 at 7 p.m. and Saturday Jun 23 at 2 p.m.

This production is based on the beloved Disney animated film. It features a jazzy, upbeat score and according to The Spotlight Theatre, “Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS is a non-stop thrill ride of feline fun, complete with unbelievable twists and turns.”

The Aristocats KIDS is the first installment of Summer Arts at The Spotlight Theatre. These 2-week programs teach area youth skills like acting, singing, line memorization, choreography, blocking, costuming, set design/building, lighting design and more. Grades 3rd – 8th engaged in this program from Jun 11-23 and will be performing this weekend.

Grades 9th – 12th still have an opportunity to learn these great skills from Jul 9-21 (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.) with the production, “Dancing Through Life: A Wicked Review”.
