QC Festival of Praise Attracts Military Support

Something  very  exciting is happening this year at the annual QC Festival of Praise,  Sunday September 3 2017  in Le Claire Park Davenport.

Executive Producer Kathryn Bohn says it will be a night that will honor the Quad Cities vibrant military presence.

QC Festival of Praise will be partnering with the Military Warriors Support Foundation (MWSF)  from San Antonio TX . Recently,  the Military Warriors  Support  Foundation (MWSF) contacted Festival  organizers in their hopes to return and celebrate their  non profits’ 10th Anniversary.  MWSF Executive Director Ken Eakes  told us this is “the Point of Origin” for all their successes since their first partnership with us in 2009 A Night to Honor our Military.

MWSF wants to integrate back into Davenport, IA and the QC Festival of Praise as their experience here is the “cornerstone of their history” and the catalyst that launched them into something beyond what they dreamed for MWSF. Since 2007, they have provided approximately $250M in homes and services to our nation’s  combat wounded heroes and Gold Star family’s.

For over 20 years QC Festival of Praise has been the largest premiere outdoor Christian concert event in the Quad Cities area.

It’s a special gathering of people united to sing and praise God’s name, to enjoy God’s presence, to tell what the Lord has done, and, this year again, to honor and support our military members, veterans, and military families.
