Partyboy Skateboards Summer Skate Jam Rips It Up Saturday
Are you ready to witness the most gnarly tricks and grinds? How about showing off your own skate boarding skills?
The 2nd Annual Partyboy Skateboards Summer Skate Jam is happening this Saturday July 1! From noon-5 p.m. at Davenport Skatepark, located at 700 West River Drive, the area’s most impressive skaters will be showing off their skills!
Trophies and prizes will be awarded for three different jam sessions. There will be a Park Skate Jam (amateurs and advanced will compete separately), an Open Double Set Jam (advanced only) and an Open Bowl Jam. There will also be a special demo by The Quad City Rollers, Party Boy Skateboards team riders and Skate Church riders. Live music will be provided from The Dafneys and Rude Punch! The event will be MC’d by Dikki Baker and Rob “Chopper” Haiier. Special guest appearances will be made by Cali’s Callling All Skaters’ Justice Keiienberger and UFC Lightweight World Champion Jens Pulver. Food and drink vendors will also be on site.
The cost for the Park Skate Jam and Double Set Jam is $5 each. Tickets can be purchased at https://partyboyskateboards.ticketleap.com/2017-party-boy-skateboards-summer-skate-jam/dates/Jul-01-2017_at_1200PM or on the day of the event from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Everyone who registers will receive a 2017 Party Boy Skateboards Summer Skate Jam t-shirt. There is no admission charge for spectators.
