Radicle Effect Breworks, 1341 31st Street, Rock Island, has the intimate, place-where-everybody-knows-your-name feel of a neighborhood pub, and located in the midst of college hill, right up the street from Augustana, it features a good mix of ages and folks, from middle-aged couples to college students.
