Get Your Blues On Along The Mississippi

It’s time for the 33rd Annual Mississippi Valley Blues Festival!

Head down to LeClaire Park, on the banks of the Mississippi in Davenport, Friday Jul 6 and Saturday Jul 7 for one of the Quad Cities’ most successful and enjoyable music festivals! The Mississippi Valley Blues Society has secured a line-up of musicians that you won’t want to miss.

Here is the line-up for the Bandshell Stage:

Bandshell Stage:

5:00 p.m.            Tribute to Ellis Kell

6:30 p.m.            Kris Lager Band

8:30 p.m.            Walter Trout

Pedigo/Jones Stage:

Avey/Grouws Band (Between Bandshell acts and Afterfest Jam)

 

Gates open at 12 p.m. on Saturday Jul 7.

1:00 p.m.            Peña Brothers

2:30 p.m.            Anthony “Big A” Sherrod

4:30 p.m.            Brandon “Taz” Niederauer

6:30 p.m.            Shaun Murphy

8:30 p.m.            Jonny Lang

All Sweat Productions (Between Bandshell acts and Afterfest Jam)

BluesKools:

2:00 p.m.            Ellis Kell Winter Blues All-Stars

3:30 p.m.            David Berntson “Blues Harmonica Lessons”

5:00 p.m.            Anthony “Big A” Sherrod “Delta Blues Session”

 

Tickets are $20 for Friday’s events and $30 for Saturday. You can also purchase a 2-day pass for only $45. Children 14 and under are FREE! Tickets can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mississippi-valley-blues-festival-tickets-43320967179#tickets or at the River Music Experience (RME) Box Office (129 Main Street Davenport) from 12 – 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday and until 6 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
