Max McAlister, the long-time owner of Hauberg Estate (1300 24th Street Rock Island), is extending an invitation to the public to come help him solve a troubling mystery in the home. That’s right, he needs help in the form of a Halloween Mystery Scavenger Hunt!
On Friday Oct 13 from 7-10 p.m. bring your friends to help disentangle the clues recently discovered. You will search the house for more clues and collect the pieces needed to solve the puzzle. While you are searching, delicious hors d’oeuvres will be available. You are also invited to peruse Max’s eccentric collection of creepy and curious objects, inspired by his love of black and white horror films.
This one-of-a-kind spooky scavenger hunt is only $35 per person in advance and $45 at the door. This event is for those 16 years and older. You will need to be able to navigate stairs on all floors required.
