Celebrate The Holiday With Red, White And Boom!The 4th of July is right around the corner. This means cook-outs, parades, concerts and FIREWORKS!

The Quad Cities’ largest 4th of July celebration, Red White and Boom, will be held on Monday July 3 from 5-11 p.m. This bi-state event will have activities and entertainment on both sides of the river! Whether you choose to celebrate in Rock Island or Davenport, there will be no shortage of fun and enjoyment.

The Modern Woodmen Park in Davenport will have free bounce houses for the kids, a scavenger hunt, face painting, crafts, live music and more!

LeClaire Park in Davenport will have musical entertainment, provided by River City 6. Feel free to bring your own food and beverages (alcohol and tobacco products are prohibited).

Schwiebert Park in Rock Island will have children’s activities, food vendors, a beer garden, live music and more!

The largest firework display in the area will begin at 9:30 p.m. Fireworks will be launched from two barges on the Mississippi River. The show will be synced with music that can be heard by tuning into 97X (96.9 FM) on your radio!
