Are you ready to get 2020 started off on a healthy path? Then join Howard Health Quarters at the first Free Community YOGA Health & Vendor Fair of the new year!

Free Community YOGA Health & Vendor Fair will take place on Saturday Feb 1 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the TaxSlayer Center (1201 River Drive Moline). This event is an inspiring, motivational, and life-improving experience designed for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

All Participants can be entered into drawings for chances to win valuable prizes from vendors and sponsors!

Event Agenda

9 a.m.                                Doors open to visit with vendors

10 – 10:05 a.m.                Program Introduction

10:05 – 10:50 a.m.          YOGA with Aaron Elston Howard

10:50 – 11 a.m.               Presentation of Sponsor/Vendor giveaways

11 a.m. – 1 p.m.                            Visit with vendors, receive FREE massages from the Institute of Therapeutic Massage and Wellness, FREE food and FREE snacks!

It is recommended to arrive between 9 – 9:45 a.m.  Bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and money if you wish to purchase items from vendors or donate.
