De-Stress In 2017 With Plan For Adventure
Sometimes life can leave you feeling stagnant, like you have the inability to move as much as you used to. Whether it is due to work, stress, an injury, or any other reason. That’s why Plan For Adventure is hosting its first of eight specially designed mobility classes on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. The classes will be held at 1318 4th Ave. Ste 2, Moline at two different times: 8:00 a.m. till 9:00 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. till 8:15 p.m. on a weekly basis every Tuesday and Thursday.

For non-Plan For Adventure members, classes are $65 per month for the 8 week session. For members, classes are an additional $20 per month when paired with training camp. These classes are a combination of flow yoga, gymnastics stretching, foam rolling, and functional movement. They will help you to regain full range of mobility and be able to live a pain free life. Plan For Adventure is an outdoor and fitness company whose goal is to help everyone achieve their adventure and fitness goals. Classes are led by trained professionals who give continuous encouragement and guidance for you to achieve your fitness goals. Other events for Plan For Adventure include: Two Month Training Camp, Mini-Camp, Sunday Stair Climb,  and Adventure Training Camp.
