Western Illinois University-QC to Host Multiple 2023 Summer Camps

Moline, IL – – Western Illinois University-Quad Cities is ready to fly broomsticks across the Mississippi River and solve mathematical puzzles for a summer full of fun and learning for youth in grades 4-8.

“We’re so excited for the opportunity to resume our summer youth camps at WIU-QC,” said Associate Professor of Mathematics Susan Brooks. “In the past, students have enjoyed these opportunities so much that they return to the camps the very next summer. It’s a great opportunity for middle school students to learn new concepts in interesting and hands-on ways while exploring the beauty of WIU-QC’s riverfront campus.”

WIU has multiple options for kids from around the Quad Cities region and beyond to experience STEM-related activities for a week-long adventure.
