Quad Cities Filmmakers Come Home To Debut ‘A Quiet Place’

“A Quiet Place,” written by Quad-Cities born-and-raised filmmakers Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, has been number one in the box office for two weeks, and Beck and Woods recently came back to their old stomping grounds to host a Q and A and screening of the critically-acclaimed thriller starring John Krasinski and Emily Blunt!

Sean Leary, Digital Media Director and co-owner of QuadCities.com, is a former artistic collaborator with Beck and Woods, the team made over a dozen short films together in the 2000s, and he hung out with the team at the screening and their after party, chatting about the experience and the thrill of having the top film in the country.

“A Quiet Place,” an absolutely brilliant thriller, is still in theaters nationwide. For more information on the film, see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6644200/.
