Chics with Bics: A Fun Girls’ Night Out, In Pajamas Or Not
Remember when you’d spend your weekends hanging out with your best friends, staying up all night, eating tons of junk food, and watching your favorite movies in your super comfy pajamas?
Well, four Iowa comedians are recapturing that nostalgia this Saturday, and turning the volume up to eleven.
Chics with Bics, a brand new comedy show that encompasses stand up, improv, and sketch will be hosting a performance at the Blackhawk Room next to the Moline Bierstube on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 8 p.m. The show is the brainchild of stand up comedian and improvisor Heather Nobiling, who sought to give the Quad-Cities a show for all, that consisted only of female performers, giving local comediennes a stronger presence and unity within the area.
Chics with Bics stars Heather Nobiling, Jessica Gordon, Jasmine Ashcroft, Nikki Gillette, and Becky Reynolds. Each performer brings her own unique talents and sense of humor to the table, making the show a hilarious and entertaining experience for all. Giving the show a “slumber party” vibe, the girls set the stage with various blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals, performing comedy in their pajamas while drinking wine and eating snacks.
The audience is encouraged to attend the show in their jammies as well, and partake in the beverages provided at the bar, as the show is 21+ only.
