August is National Immunization Awareness Month: a time to raise awareness about the importance of vaccinations for pets. Vaccinations are a vital part of a pet’s preventive healthcare and can help protect them from serious diseases, minimize the spread of disease, and even save their lives. The QCAWC holds a Vaccine & Wellness clinic every Wednesday and the first Saturday of every month from 8am to 11am at the QCAWC Spay/Neuter & Wellness Clinic located at 612 1st Street West in Milan, Illinois. For the month of August, the QCAWC will also hold a Mobile Vaccine & Wellness Clinic at Zion Lutheran Church on Friday, August 9th from 2pm to 4pm. Zion Lutheran Church is located at 1216 West 8th Street in Davenport, Iowa.
