Triple Crown Whiskey Bar & Raccoon Motel Closing Their Doors!

It looks like the always-impressive list of unique voices, comedians, writers and players will take their final bow at one of the Quad Cities’ hottest nighttime spot for live entertainment.

Triple Crown Whiskey Bar & Raccoon Motel have announced they will be shutting their doors on Saturday Aug 24. The masterminds behind the successful venue aren’t done with Quad Cities, however!Triple Crown Whiskey Bar & Raccoon Motel Closing Their Doors!

Here is the statement from Triple Crown Whiskey Bar & Raccoon Motel’s Facebook page:

“Over the past two and a half years you have welcomed us into your nights by being part of some of the most amazing concerts this town has ever seen. You have joined us as we have watched established talents and rising young stars take the stage and leave us in awe night after night. We have made so many memories that we will not soon forget, but all good things must come to an end.

August 24th will be the last day as The Triple Crown Whiskey Bar and Raccoon Motel. Sean and The Moeller Nights team will be leaving to focus on The Rust Belt from here on out, and we wish them all the best.

As for the bar, stay tuned as we will be closing for a short time after the last show for a quick remodel and clean up. We will be reopening as something new, but familiar: a downtown dive complete with all your favorite whiskies, cocktails, and the best grandpa beers.

Thank you all for your continued support and we hope to see you around!”
