Bent River, 1413 5th Ave., Moline, is right in the middle of the vibrant downtown Moline scene, which offers a great array of fine local restaurants, the ambiance of the river walk, and of course plenty of clubs and pubs. Bent River has a traditional pub feel, with its massive brass fixtures and brew barrels, and it has a delicious array of drinks, including traditionals, IPAs and intriguing stuff like the famous Jalapeno Ale. Looking For A Great Beer After Some Golf At The John Deere?Radicle Effect Breworks, 1341 31st Street, Rock Island, has the intimate, place-where-everybody-knows-your-name feel of a neighborhood pub, and located in the midst of college hill, right up the street from Augustana, it features a good mix of ages and folks, from middle-aged couples to college students.
