Better Health Foundation Offering Information Session On Grants

Nonprofit organizations throughout the region are invited to join
Better Health Foundation CEO Missy Gowey for a Virtual Information Session on Monday, July 29,

Better Health Foundation Offering Information Session On Grants
The Better Health Foundation plans to award Capacity Building and Service Support grants in the
range of $10,000 – $75,000 for programs and services aligned with the private foundation’s current
funding priorities: mental and behavioral health, risk reduction of obesity and diabetes, and
maternal and child (up to age 5) health.
Qualified 501(c)3 organizations providing services in the following counties may be eligible for the
awards: Cedar, Clinton, Louisa, Muscatine and Scott counties in Iowa, and Henry, Mercer, Rock Island
and Whiteside counties in Illinois.
Letters of Inquiry for a Capacity Building and Service Support grant may be submitted to the Better
Health Foundation from August 1 – 15, 2024.
