13th Annual Iowa Caregiver Conference Focuses on “Self-Care for Caregivers”
The 13th Annual Caregiver Conference is scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Golden Leaf Banquet Center in Davenport, Iowa. This year’s theme, “Self-Care for Caregivers,” reflects the importance of providing tools and resources to help caregivers prioritize their own well-being while continuing their vital roles.
Note: A separate event called the “QC Senior Expo” will be held at the Golden Leaf Banquet Center in September, but it is not affiliated with the Caregiver Conference. The Caregiver Conference is a long-standing event dedicated to supporting caregivers through education, resources, and hands-on self-care activities.
With a new and refreshed format, the conference will provide caregivers with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in their caregiving roles. This event is open to all caregivers, including those caring for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and loved ones with chronic conditions.
