Western Illinois University Talent Grant & Tuition Waiver Exhibition opens Wednesday

The Western Illinois University Department of Art and Design Talent Grant and Tuition Waiver Exhibition opens Wednesday, Nov. 16 in the University Art Gallery.

The exhibit, which highlights the work of WIU art students, runs through Friday, Dec. 9.

A reception for the artists will be held from 4:30-6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29.

Exhibiting artists include art majors: senior Kaylee Agans, of Macomb; junior Rivers Ashton, of Lincolnton, NC; senior Alex Bassen, of Pekin, IL; junior Molly Borth, of Towanda, IL; senior Teresa Chaidez, of Beardstown, IL; senior Yahzyah Crutcher-Hanna, of Chicago; junior Claire DeGraaf, of Marseilles, IL; sophomore Vanessa Ellis, of Peoria, IL; junior Abigail Ehrenberger, of Oakwood Hills, IL; sophomore Conor Geigner, of Oak Forest, IL; sophomore Kendra Hallberg, of Kankakee, IL; senior Zoe Hughes, of Warsaw, IL; junior Sadiq Jimoh, of Aurora, IL; junior Grace Lessen, of LaHarpe, IL; junior Clarissa Lopez, of Rock Island, IL; senior Adam Maus, of Waterloo, IL; senior Miles McCullum, of Maywood, IL; senior Sofija Micevic, of River Grove, IL; junior Michelle Narvaez, of Macomb; senior Wade Samples, of Danville, IA; senior Salem Shinn, of Davenport, IA; senior Christopher Snyder, of Aurora, IL; senior Tatiana Ward, of Lansing, IL; sophomore Ruby Warner, of Huntsville, IL; and senior MacKenzie White, of Virginia, IL.

Admission is open free to the public.
