The Performing Arts Society (PAS) at Western Illinois University will host “Arts Smarts Trivia” at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, at The Macomb Dining Company in downtown Macomb, with doors opening at 6:30 p.m.

Teams of eight players will answer arts-themed questions about past WIU and Macomb arts entertainers, vintage TV, Broadway, the circus and more. The event is sponsored by Cory Clem of Edward Jones and Ryan and Beth Hansen, of Spring Lake Management.

This year’s event will feature a celebrity guest emcee contest and a 50/50 raffle. Prizes, sponsored by Arnold Brothers Heating and Cooling, will be awarded to the top three teams.

Event registration can be completed online at westernpresents.com/trivia, by emailing Dana Moon at DM-Moon@wiu.edu, or by calling (309) 298-1618. Registration is $20 per person. Corporate tables are available for $180.

PAS provides arts opportunities to thousands of people in the community through WIU, Community and K-12 School Arts Grants, the Youth Performing Arts Series, Summer Music Institute Scholarships, SummerStage, the Bureau of Cultural Affairs (BCA) and more.
