Today Is The Last Day To Rev Your Engines To Walcott Truckers Jamboree!
Today is your last day to up your engines and roll into one of the biggest annual festivals in the Quad-Cities — The Walcott Truckers Jamboree is back at the Iowa 80 truck stop!
The 42nd Walcott Truckers Jamboree kicked off Thursday and is in its last day TODAY at The World’s Largest Truckstop. This year’s Walcott Truckers Jamboree will feature a Super Truck Beauty Contest, Antique Truck Display; Iowa pork chop cookout; over 150 exhibits, Trucker Olympics; two firework shows, a 100th birthday party for a 1921 International at the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum. You won’t want to miss the live concerts and lots of fun for the whole family!
“We are thrilled to be hosting this event in-person this year. We can’t wait for everyone to be here enjoying the trucks, music, food, fireworks and just being together,” says Heather DeBaillie, Vice President of Marketing. “The Walcott Truckers Jamboree is a celebration of the professional driver. The pandemic made it very clear who we rely on every day and, no surprise to us, truckers were at the top of the list. We appreciate the professional driver and the important job they do. They are the reason we have hosted this event for decades.”
The show wraps up on Saturday, July 10th. The afternoon will feature the high energy rock ‘n’ roll sounds of Mo’s Garage starting at 1:00 PM.
Admission and parking to the event and all concerts is FREE! Shuttles will be provided from the parking area to the event grounds.
