Circa Looking For A Few Good ‘Church Basement Men’
Do you know someone in your congregation who is enthusiastic, Inspirational, or has gone way above and beyond for his fellow parishioners? Someone who makes a difference, respects others, has a cheerful disposition and a positive outlook? Nominate him for the “Church Basement Man of the Year Contest”.
“We had so much fun with our “Church Basement Lady of the Year” contest in 2009 and 2013, that we are delighted for the return of this popular event with a new twist.” said Brett Hitchcock – Circa ’21’s Director of Audience Development. “We are seeking nominations for your favorite CHURCH BASEMENT MAN this time.”
To nominate a man from your congregation, Simply submit an essay of 150 words or less about your deserving CHURCH BASEMENT MAN and why he deserves to be “The Church Basement Man of the Year.”
From the submissions, 12 finalists will be chosen and invited to be a guest of the theatre on the Thursday evening, March 29, 2018 preview performance of The Church Basement Ladies in RISE UP O MEN. The winner will be announced that evening before the show begins and will receive a surprise gift basket and two tickets to Circa ’21’s summer production of Mamma Mia!
