Hockey And Helping Skate Into TaxSlayer

How does a day full of hockey and helping a great cause, sound? Perfect, right?

This Saturday Apr 7 the Quad City Fire Hockey and Chicago Fire Hockey teams, alongside the Quad City Mallards, will be holding their 10th Annual Benefit Game at the TaxSlayer Center (1201 River Drive Moline).

Tickets are only $15. $5 of each ticket will be donated to Camp I Am Me. To purchase tickets, contact Joe Kazmier at (309) 277-1319 or jkazmier@myqcmallards.net.

Hockey And Helping Skate Into TaxSlayer

The QC Fire Hockey vs. Chicago Fire Hockey benefit game will begin at 4 p.m. Stick around to watch to Quad City Mallards take on the Cincinnati Cyclones at 7 p.m.

The Quad City Fire Hockey team was established in June of 2008 with the goal of bringing the camaraderie of the Fire Service to the ice and strengthening friendships with our firefighters’ brothers. The team members consist of firefighters from the Quad Cities. QC Fire H

ockey has both professional and volunteer players along with some law enforcement and EMS players.

Camp I Am Me is a special and unforgettable one-week camp experience for children and teenagers who have experienced injuries from burns. Through the generosity of donors, supporters, and volunteers, the IFSA offers this camping opportunity at no-cost to campers; including lodging, meals, activities, and transportation to and from camp (YMCA Camp Duncan – Ingleside, IL).
