Racer’s Edge Rocks Music, Karaoke And Fun!
East Moline is the home of the Racer’s Edge. This is a bar that I have been going to for awesome music and great service since I was 21 years old. The best thing about this bar is that they have a lot of space and tables complete with chairs to host just about any event that you might need space for. This includes, but is not limited to, events like wedding receptions, birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties. They have a checkered dance floor complete with a killer lighting system. Their stage is cool as well and bands can rock your socks off without having to worry about someone tripping on their cords.
One of the main things that their owner and operator, Robert Edwards, who is a popularly known local small businessman, hosts at Racer’s is many benefits. He books so many of them that he takes 10% of the bar profits after the event and donates it to the cause being hosted. He knows the drills involved in putting one together. He knows costs, procedures, and contacts that will make your event a success. He can provide karaoke or help you to choose the band that is right for your crowd. He needs at least a week’s notice to get permissions from the city for kids to be able to be in attendance.
