Quad-Cities Restaurant Week Celebrates the Local Restaurant Community
Celebrating and supporting the local hospitality industry, Visit Quad Cities announces that QC Restaurant Week returns on March 20-26, 2023. QC Restaurant Week offers visitors and Quad Citizens a meaningful opportunity to experience some of the region’s many restaurants.
Small businesses are a key part of the Quad Cities’ local economy, and our QC identity includes our local restaurants to help set us apart from other destinations. QC Restaurant Week is your chance to expand your taste buds by trying new things from participating businesses and to continue to eat locally to support our vibrant culinary community.
Visit Quad Cities will recognize and honor some of those in the local restaurant industry who go above and beyond to make experiences memorable and who bring customer-centric energy to work with them. Visit Quad Cities is taking nominations from the public through a quick online form at www.qcrestaurantweek.com through March 21, 2023. Visit Quad Cities will then select several nominees who demonstrate exemplary customer service to be recognized during QC Restaurant Week.
“QC Restaurant Week is one of the highlights of the year as we come together to celebrate our culinary vibe,” said Dave Herrell, President and CEO, Visit Quad Cities. “Restaurants are important small businesses that bring visitors and Quad Citizens together and help showcase our regional destination’s tourism product. We encourage our residents to go try that new spot or visit that place you haven’t been to in a while. Our visitor experience is closely tied to the success of our local restaurants, so they need our support. This is a fun week for foodies.”
Restaurant participation is free of charge, and there are no special price points or prix-fixe menu requirements. The deadline for restaurants to register is March 1, 2023. The details and online registration are available on the QC Restaurant Week website at www.qcrestaurantweek.com. The opportunity is available for all restaurants, including dine-in and carryout.
Visit Quad Cities encourages food lovers to explore www.qcrestaurantweek.com and to check back frequently, they will add new restaurants continuously. In addition to supporting local restaurants, Quad Citizens have a chance to win local restaurant gift cards. Visit one of the participating restaurants between March 20-26, then go to the website to fill out the entry form and include a picture of your receipt, a selfie at the restaurant, or posing with your carryout meal.
