Moline, Rock Island, Joining To Fight Hunger, Competing In The Student Hunger Drive
The oldest rivalry in Illinois High School sports is coming together to fight hunger.
This Friday, September 17th at Browning Field, Moline High School Football hosts Rock Island Rocks Football and the students of Moline High School and Rock Island High School are competing off the field for the student hunger drive.
All fans that bring canned food to the game will get in free, it’s 3 cans for students and 5 cans for adults.
Moline fans give their cans to Moline Student Hunger Drive and Rock Island fans give theirs to Rocky Student Hunger Drive as they compete to see who can get more canned food donations on Friday night.
They will also be accepting cash donations if you forget to bring canned food.
