How to Progress from Inherited Research Hosted by the Davenport Public Library

Scott County Iowa Genealogical Society and the Richardson-Sloane Special Collections Center of the Davenport Public Library invite you to their monthly meeting Saturday, February 5th at 1:00 pm. February’s presentation is a recent presentation offered through American Ancestors by James Heffernan on “How to Progress from Inherited Research.” In this webinar, Genealogist James Heffernan will go over tips for sorting through inherited research—discussing how genealogical standards have shifted over time, assessing the credibility of the research, and organizing and preserving the materials.
