All Sweat Productions presents The Last Waltz, this Wednesday Nov 21 at the River Music Experience’s Redstone Room (129 N Main St. Davenport). Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.
Local musicians pay tribute and play the music from, The Last Waltz, the legendary concert by The Band and documentary by Martin Scorcese.
Held on Thanksgiving Day in 1976, the concert was advertised as the final performance by The Band. High profile guests joined The Band on stage, such as Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Ringo Starr, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Muddy Waters, Eric Clapton, and more.
All Sweat Productions is a live music project brought to you by QC musician, Al Sweet. Al’s idea is to gather some of the mast talented local musicians to pay tribute to and perform some of the best Rock n’ Roll moments in history!
The Redstone Room at River Music Experience is a standing room only concert venue. All tickets are General Admission. Tickets are just $12 in advance and $15 on the day of the show.
