Support the Red Cross at A Taste on the River 2019

Whenever there is an unfortunate disaster or crisis, one organization of helpful and compassionate volunteers is always there for support. The American Red Cross. Now you have an opportunity to give back and help support them.

Celebrate the first day of summer this Friday Jun 21 from 6 – 10 p.m. at A Taste on the River 2019, which will take place at Schwiebert Riverfront Park (1st Avenue Downtown Rock Island).Support the Red Cross at A Taste on the River 2019

Taste incredible cuisine prepared by the area’s top chefs, and vote for your favorite. Chefs will be competing for the title of 2019 A Taste on the River Top Chef. Who will win this year, you decide!

Nothing goes with great food better than perfectly paired wine and beer. Join the craft beer and wine pull, where you will receive either a bottle of wine worth at least $20, or a growler ready to fill up at your local favorite craft brewery.

A Taste on the River will include a fresh new colorful look, some new fun activities and lots of socializing. With extended hours, stay later and enjoy the live music or take a break and play Bags.

A Taste on the River raises critical funds to help deliver the Red Cross mission in our community. The Red Cross supports disaster response, provides smoke alarm installation events, teaches health and safety training, and helps our military families before, during and after deployment.

Tickets are $50 for individuals and $500 for a reserved table of 8. You can purchase your tickets here.

Your attendance at A Taste on the River will help continue the work of the Red Cross mission!
