Quad City Storm Seeks Talent for Promo Team

The Quad City Storm will hold open auditions for their inaugural season’s Storm Promo and Mascot Team on Monday, September 24 at 6:00pm at the TaxSlayer Center.
The Quad City Storm will be seeking 6-8 super fun human beings to make up their Storm Promo and Mascot Team. Tristan Tapscott, Director of Fan Experience, said, “We want to try something a little different this year and have a community of entertainers that will add to the hockey going experience. We would love to see some big personalities join us this season,” he added.Quad City Storm Seeks Talent for Promo Team
Sponsored by Mandle Design in Davenport, the Quad City Storm Promo will combine with the Mascot Team Auditions will be held on Monday, September 24 at 6:00pm at the TaxSlayer Center.  Those auditioning will be expected to tell the judges why they want to be part of the Storm and prepare a short routine to show off what they are capable of.
Storm Promo and Mascot Team hopefuls should be energetic, spontaneous, good with children, have prior experience on the ice (skating is a plus), and some past experiences with entertaining, improvisation and live performance.
The Quad City Storm are expected to open their training camp in early October prior to October 13’s preseason game against the Peoria Rivermen at Peoria’s very own Carver Arena. The Storm’s regular-season schedule is set to begin October 20 against the Peoria Rivermen at the TaxSlayer Center in Moline.  Single game tickets go on sale October 1!
