Noon Years Eve A Fun Celebration For Families

Noon Years Eve A Fun Celebration For FamiliesIf you have little ones, you know it can be difficult to keep those active little bodies awake until midnight for New Year’s celebrations. Well now you don’t have to worry about that!

The Family Museum in Bettendorf (2900 Learning Campus Drive) is hosting their annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration this Sunday Dec 31 from 9 a.m. – noon.

Noon Year’s Eve offers kids a chance to celebrate the arrival of the New Year during the daylight hours with a countdown at noon! Noisemakers, party hats and lots of confetti will be available for this countdown. There will also be art activities for the entire family and live music!

Due to the popularity of this event, admission will be limited to the first 1,500 guests. Tickets will not be sold, and admission will be on a first-come first-serve basis. This event is included with membership or paid admission. Admission is $8 for ages 2-59, $4 for 1 year and under and $4 for ages 60 and up and active military personnel, their spouses and children residing in the same household.

The museum will close at 2 p.m. Noon Year’s Eve is sponsored by Ascentra Credit Union.
