Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country. 34th Annual Rock Island Labor Day Parade

Happening on Monday Sep 3 at 9:30 a.m. the route will begin at Washington Jr. High (3300 18th Ave Rock Island) and will travel west along 18th Avenue, turn south at 24th Street and then west on 25th Avenue.

36th Annual East Moline Labor Day Parade

Make plans to attend this parade on Monday Sep 3, beginning at 11 a.m. along 15th Avenue East Moline, from 13th Street to 3rd Street.

Milan Fall Harvest Celebration Parade

The Village of Milan is back with their Labor Day Parade after a 3-year hiatus! The parade will kick off at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday Sep 1 at Roth Pump Company (525 4th St. W Milan). The route then continues north on 4th and will take a right at 2nd, staying on 2nd and across 67 and past the Milan Auction House, then right at William Young (5th Street) then another right onto 4th. Rain date is Sunday Sep 2 at 10:30 a.m.
