Hear Ye! Hear Ye! All Should Attend the Quad Cities Renaissance Faire!
Jousting? Medieval games? Vikings? Sounds like a great time!
The Greater Quad Cities Renaissance Faire returns this weekend, Saturday Sep 29 and Sunday Sep 30, at Credit Island Park (2200 W River Dr. Davenport). From 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. you are invited to enjoy some family fun and entertainment.
Admission for adults is $10 (or a 2-day pass for $15), kids 5-15 are $5 and under 5 are free! There will also be a $2 discount to Military Personnel with I.D.
Live stage entertainment, activities and demonstrations will provide the utmost enjoyment for the entire family. From Norse Fyre, choreographed aerials and fire show, to Ye Royal Trumpeter, horn herald of the high court, there will be something for everyone.
Food and drink will be a plenty. Amos Foods will be fulfilling all your greatest desires with turkey legs, full meals and beverages. Not to mention the numerous merchants on-site selling everything from jewelry, bracelets, pottery and ceramics to woodwork, games and shield.
