Get Dirty at the 7th Annual Case Creek Obstacles Mud Run For Everyone!

The 7th Annual Case Creek Obstacles (7625 120th Avenue Coal Valley) Mud Run 5K is happening this Saturday Aug 3!Get Dirty at the 7th Annual Case Creek Obstacles Mud Run For Everyone!

Whether you are an avid runner or a first-time participant, get back to nature with this scenic adventure while supporting local charities.

The Case Creek Obstacle course is a 5K Mud Run filled with 30+ obstacles.  It’s located on a farm in Coal Valley.  You’ll run up and down hills, through pastures, woods, and rugged terrain.  You’ll snake through Case Creek the last 3/10 of a mile.  You’ll be provided with a challenging course that will test your endurance. Walkers are welcome, and all obstacles are optional.

The Mud Run 5K competitive heats will begin at 8:45 a.m. (Men’s) and 8:50 a.m. (Women’s). The Co-ED Race waves begin at 9 a.m. (ages 12 and up). There will be at least 3 obstacles in the main area.  These obstacles will most likely be in the main area as well:  Tire Wall, Ninja Scaling Wall, and Weight Lift. There will also be a 1/2 mile walk to watch the monkey bars over water event, if you really want to see it.

New this year are some special pre-race Ninja obstacles, as well as climbing walls, cargo net, mud pits, monkey bars and much more!

If you are hesitant or unable to participate this year but would still like to observe the fun, you can purchase a $5 visitor ticket.
