Dick Holliday And More Hit Downtown Moline This Weekend
If you get a “Dick pic” from downtown Moline this weekend, don’t worry, it’s not going to be creepy and off-putting, it’s probably a friend telling you about the legendary Dick Holliday & the Bamboo Gang lighting up the night at 7 p.m. Friday at Bass Street Landing. All proceeds from this concert will benefit the Moline High School Special Olympics team and Tudi’s Tribe.
That’s not all the local music on tap in downtown Moline though. A Quad Cities favorite, The Blackstones band, sponsored by the University of Iowa Community Credit Union, will hit The Plaza at Bass Street Landing on July 7. Cosmic appears the following week, on July 14, as the Moline Centre Thursday Night Concert Series continues. These concerts run from 7 to 9 p.m. and are FREE.
