Circa ’21 Releases Plans For Changes To Theater Experience

Rock Island’s Circa ’21 Dinner Theater has been hit hard by the covid-19 closures, but is looking forward to opening and is working diligently to make sure that when they do open, they’ll be providing the best and safest environment for their customers.

Circa '21 Releases Plans For Changes To Theater ExperienceTo that direction, owner Denny Hitchcock released a letter to patrons of the venerable entertainment spot today. The missive addressed a number of questions and concerns of patrons.

The letter read as follows:

Dear Circa ’21 Valued Guests,

I hope this email continues to find you safe & healthy. Although we still do not have an exact reopening date of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER, we do know now that it will not be in May due to the Illinois stay-at-home order through 5/30.

I wanted to keep you as up to date as possible and let you know some of the changes you can most likely expect when you return to the theatre.

Reduced Capacity
Most likely when we reopen it will be at a reduced capacity. This will mean that only certain tables will be used.

Dinner Changes
For the immediate future, our evening buffet will change to a table served plated meal.

Staff & Customer Safety
We are continually learning and putting in to place cleaning & sanitizing procedures, employee health screenings, and more.

Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, as we have continued to entertain our guests in this virtual & digital time, with more to come! Even though the theatre is closed, gift certificates may be purchased through our website circa21.com Until we are back to entertaining you live, please continue to stay safe & healthy and thank you for your continued support of Circa ’21 and Live Theatre!
