Bettendorf Public Library to showcase virtual class with Sunlight Yoga Center

Stress management, health improvement, and other benefits are all associated with the practice of Yoga. On Wednesday, July 21st, the Bettendorf Public Library will host a virtual Yoga session led by the owner of Sunlight Yoga Center at 5:00 p.m. The online, live Hatha class Bettendorf Public Library to showcase virtual class with Sunlight Yoga Centerwill be appropriate for all levels of ability for teens through adults. Registration is required to attend this free program and can be made by visiting http://events.bettendorflibrary.com/event/5133869 or by calling the Bettendorf Public Library at 563-344-4179. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Bettendorf Public Library.

The Bettendorf Public Library is dedicated to providing life-long learning opportunities. The class presenter, Rebecca Sebastian, is a Yoga Therapist, teacher advocate, and co-founder of the Quad-Cities Yoga Foundation.. The Bettendorf Public Library’s Virtual Yoga with Sunlight Yoga Center will take place via GoToMeeting. Those registered for the class will receive a link and password to attend prior to the event.
