Total Solutions Hires Quad-Cities Chamber’s Kristin Glass as New President

Davenport-based Total Solutions announced today it has hired Kristin Glass as its new president. Glass will replace Melissa Pepper, who has held the position since 2019.

Kristin Glass, chief strategy officer for the Quad Cities Chamber, has worked for the chamber since 2006.

Glass currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce. She has worked at the Chamber since 2006, where

she started as a marketing intern. Over the past 15 years, she has worked in various roles, including Vice President, Membership; Vice President, Investment Relations; and Interim CEO from 2017-2018. In her current role, she integrates the chamber’s strategic work plan into the organization, eliminates barriers, ensures the chamber remains in a strong financial position, manages special projects and supervises the leadership team.

She is a Quad-Cities native and St. Ambrose University graduate, a recipient of Leaders Under 40, and a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management (IOM).

Glass will begin on Sept. 7, and a celebration of her tenure at the Chamber is planned for Aug. 31. Pepper (current company president) will start her new job Aug. 30 as chief strategy officer at Russell, the Davenport-based professional services firm providing construction and development services across the Midwest.
