7th Annual YMCA Winter Camp Provides Fun for All!
Winter is officially here. And do you know what that means? It’s time for Winter Camp!
YMCA’s Camp Abe Lincoln (1624 W Front St. Blue Grass) is hosting their 7th Annual Winter Camp this Sunday Dec 29 thru Wednesday Jan 1. This camp is full of the magic of camp plus the wonders of winter!
Activities vary for this one of a kind camp, based on the weather conditions. But past activities have included Snowstar, swimming at the Y, ice skating, Michael’s Fun World, sledding, archery, snowball fights, movies, campfires, and more! Camp is also ended with a New Year’s Eve Celebration, giving the kids a great start to 2020 and allowing the parents an opportunity for an adult-only celebration!
Check-in will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday Dec 29 and check-out is Wednesday Jan 1 at 12 p.m. For updates, check out the Facebook event page at https://www.facebook.com/events/492714848118220/.
The cost for Y members is only $199 and for the community, $249. Health history and physical forms are required.
